Child-serving ministries in California are subject to California statute AB506 which states that employees and regular volunteers of youth service organizations must complete child abuse and neglect reporting training and undergo a background check. (This is only for team members 18 years and older.)

A few important details about Live Scan fingerprinting:

• Please print out the Live Scan Request Form and fill out prior to arriving. (Link is provided once registered.)
• Please bring your physical US Passport (foreign is not acceptable), Drivers License or State DMV issued identification card - NOT EXPIRED. (No other form of ID is accepted.)
  • If you are not a US resident, bring your Resident Card, Green Card or a Visa - NOT EXPIRED. 
• You can anticipate your appointment and wait time to take up to 10 minutes.
• Meet in the Offices upstairs in the DK Office.
